Customers should use aromart only for lawful shopping, account management, and support purposes.

Misuse, fraudulent activity, automated abuse, or attempts to access another user's account or seller data may result in account restriction.

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate account and delivery information.

Users may register a dedicated seller account, but seller dashboard authorization is granted only after aromart reviews and approves the seller application. Administrative roles cannot be self-assigned.

Product names, descriptions, images, prices, stock levels, and promotions may change as catalog data is updated.

aromart aims to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur and should be corrected before order fulfillment where practical.

An order is created when checkout is submitted and accepted by the server.

aromart may contact the customer if order details, stock availability, delivery information, or payment confirmation require clarification.

The MVP supports manual/cash-on-delivery payment only. Do not send online payment details unless aromart has officially enabled a verified payment provider.

Future online payment gateways will require updated terms, webhook verification, and provider-specific customer notices.

Delivery timing, fees, and available locations depend on the order, product availability, delivery partner, and destination.

Delivery estimates are not final guarantees unless confirmed by aromart in a reviewed business policy.

Cancellation handling may depend on the order status, inventory reservation, payment status, and whether fulfillment has already started.

Customers should contact support quickly if an order needs to be cancelled or corrected.

aromart is designed to support multiple sellers later. Seller-specific policies, product approval rules, fulfillment rules, commissions, and payout terms are not final in this MVP.

Before third-party sellers are launched, seller-facing legal terms must be added and reviewed.

These terms do not create final legal guarantees. They are a structured placeholder for business and legal review.

Final limitation, liability, jurisdiction, tax, and compliance terms must be approved before public launch.
